Maryland Ski and Snowboard Team

A few members of Terpski have started a competitive ski and snowboard club team. Maryland is official members of the Collegiate Freestyle Association. CFA is focused on offering college ski and snowboard athletes the opportunity to compete for their school and advance into national and international competitions on an individual level. Our goal is to push riders to the best of their abilities, and teach them how to preform under pressure while having a great time.

**There is no fee to join the team, only a membership form to be filled out. However, anyone who wishes to participate in competitions for the University of Maryland must be a member of Maryland’s team. Only full time UMD students can join. **Also note that by joining the team you are not joining the CFA league. The league is also free to join.

How we decide the line-up:

There is four different ways to show us what you got:

-Submit video of you shredding

-Go on Terpski Trips

-Come to practices

-Come to comps

Practices for CFA:

Every Saturday in season or…

anytime you want to go shred.

Maryland Ski and Snowboard Team Membership forms will be available at every Terpski meeting (7pm Armory room 0126).

By filling out the Membership Form you will be a member of the team. If you want all the benefits then join CFA. Members are expected to compete for the team in specific CFA competitions.
